ResAvenue PhonePay is a secure transaction platform that allows your guest to book and pay for his reservation through a single call. The booking process is as follows:
Step 1: The hotelier has multiple phone lines and telesales executives to accept room reservations from his guests on phone.
Step 2: The guest calls on the advertised numbers published in newspapers, brochures or catalogues of the hotel for details about room information, availability, tariff etc. (All incoming calls are free).
Step 3: The telesales executive provides the guest with relevant details and closes the sale. Then the telesales executive moves to the Payment Collection Process.
